Get a newer version of the "magic file" for file, mine tells me:

$ file 01\ -\ Self-Laudatory\ Hymn\ of\ Inanna\ and\ Her\ Omnipotence.mp3
01 - Self-Laudatory Hymn of Inanna and Her Omnipotence.mp3: MP3, 192
kBits, 44.1 kHz, Stereo
$ file -v
file-3.35
magic file from /usr/share/magic
