Yes, you can buy them from music shops. I believe that the synth end is a
mac serial port. IIRC it uses MIDI protocol but at 115kbs.
I botched together a cacle that fit with a mac->modem serial cable and an
rs232 gender converter, but couldn't get it to work. Proably an adapter
problem though.
