What do you need to be able to do, at a minimum?

If your tracking needs are *really* simple, heteca (a simple GUI
around ecasound) might do the trick. 8 tracks, volume, pan, and a
metronome; that's all. (I haven't really tried it lately, don't know
how it's working these days.)

BTW, there's nothing to prevent you from using a Delta with Windows if
you so desire. And there are bundles available - here's a place with a
reasonable price on Delta 66 or 44 with some version of Logic:

I've also seen bundles with Vegas, which I don't know much about.
