Nope. It happens everytime I restart my computer. I suppose that devfs
does not care about the alsa parameters in modules.conf when it
recreates the /dev/snd/* files. I suppose you could change some devfs
configuration file to achieve the same thing (i.e. proper permission to
the /dev/snd/* files).
