hello!
how was it possible for you to benuzip2 meSynth
after
bunzip2 amSynth-1.0-beta1.tar.bz2
I get error:
bunzip2: Compressed file ends unexpectedly;
perhaps it is corrupted? *Possible* reason follows.
bunzip2: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
Input file = amSynth-1.0-beta1.tar.bz2, output file =
amSynth-1.0-beta1.tar
It is possible that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted.
You can use the -tvv option to test integrity of such files.
You can use the `bzip2recover' program to attempt to recover
data from undamaged sections of corrupted files.
bunzip2: Deleting output file amSynth-1.0-beta1.tar, if it exists.
thanks for hints,
Juergen Schoeneberg
