No, the USB <-> SPDIF box would just give you spdif, it won't let you
connect to a digiface.

You could wire it to an SPDIF ADDA converter if thats what you wanted to
do.

There are some, eg. http://www.opcode.com/products/datport/ c.f.
http://www.alsa-project.org/~goemon/

USB <-> DATPort <-> ADDA <-> analogue hardware

Assuming you find one thats supported.
