I don't want(ed) to start a command-line vs. GUI discussion.
I think they both have a right to exist.

Sounds like a creativity stopper.

I'm currently working most of the time with Windows (98SE) and
only do some experiments under Linux.
And if I wouldn't have that much problems with Windows
I would never think about another OS.

But there are many stones in my way to Linux.
(No driver for my 8x8 MIDI Interface, No driver for
my main soundcard Creamware Luna II, ...)
