i dont think it actually works tho does it? i havent tried it with the latest alsa, or even looked to see if it has been updated recently, but it certainly never worked with the earlier 0.9 alsa builds on either my machine or a friends. (xmms works fine with the oss emulation via alsa tho obviously.)
