Good point. I will add a link at the top of the doc to the stuff at the
bottom for the reasons above.
Also have a look at the newer version. You may need to refresh your
browser. I have incorporated most of your findings and some new stuff
from Paul Winkler also.
Unfortunately I don't use grub but I will add anything that you or
others contribute on that topic.
