Here is a lo-fi streaming ogg version of the RealAudio presentation
of Final Scratch from this URL...
http://www.harmony-central.com/Newp/2002/Final-Scratch-Ships.html
The recording was made using the loopback device of an SBlive
by setting Wave capture in alsamixer and viewing the RealMedia
presentation while using arecord in another shell. The resulting
wav was converted to ogg with...
oggenc --resample 8000 --downmix -q -1 finalscratch.wav
which compressed a 7:14 minute wav down to 568K at an average
of around 10kbits which should easily stream over any connection.
This was a single shot attempt with no GUI or metering of any
kind so optimal recording levels were not possible.

I love the "sorry Bill Gates" bit :-)
Hopefully this will be one of the first of many linux-first/only
audio products over the next few years.
