Hi everyone,

I'm having some odd probems getting the snd soundfile editor to work and I
was wondering if anyone can help me out.

I compiled snd-6 from the sources and installed Motif, but when I start it up
the font is all messed up - there's a little square box instead of each
letter. This also happens when I build it --with-static-motif. Perhaps I'm
missing a font file or something? (OS is debian if that helps)

Also, when I put a .snd in my home directory which includes Dave Phillips'
scheme files, I get a window with the error message

[17:09:54] Syntax error in fixed argument declaration.

  ; (load ~/.snd)
  (while loading "/home/nev/.snd")

any suggestions much appreciated,

Nathaniel.
