It was a long time I've not tried again speak-freely.
Hi
I assume you have sfspeaker and sfmike on both machines, and each machine can ping the other one.
Have you checked if the recordind is set to mic (aumix, alsamixer, etc.) ?

Are you sure that sfmike is listening to the other machine's IP and not the IP of the machine whereit's running?
