That's a matter of opinion. Doing unbarred music in Sibelius is
impossible, or close to it, and in Finale it takes a fair amount of
tweaking. If you spend the Finale note-value tweaking time on
tweaking the spacing parameters in lilypond, you can arguably get a
better output from lilypond.
