Yep Thinkpads rule ;-)

I have an A31 with the RME cardbus/Digiface setup and it works great.

Wireless works, I an using the orinoco_pci module. The only problem is
that it like to drop the connection under heavy load, or when ever it
feels like.

The sleep issue is not fixable in Xwindows. I have to switch to the
console before it blanks the screen, otherwise the display gets jumbled.
But other than that it works.

And yes that 15" screen is nice and sharp.
