I've used Steve's phase (jellyfish/goniometer) meter before (in
meterbridge). All you have to do is route the output of JAMin to it.
Or you could route the input to it if you want.

I have been told (but haven't tried it) that Audacity is now JACK
capable. If you get it to work let me know.
