Hi,

fixed and improved QMidiArp, the new MIDI Arpeggiator.

Groove and Random settings will work now (there has been a bug in the
slider class). Improved pattern traversal in repeat mode, this can now be
Up or Down. It is fun to run several arpeggiators in different tabs with
different pattern traversal modes, see example demo_up_down.qma.
Please don't overlook the README ;-)
