I doubt there are cheaper options than Behringer. Perhaps you might want
to look at http://www.ucapps.de, but this page is in german.

FWIW, I just got a Behringer BCR2000 a few days ago, and it seems to be
a rather useful device. If you donīt want USB, you can use the MIDI-ports.
