I update the realtime-lsm to version 0.8.3 and load it with:

modprobe realtime any=1

Now it's working:

$ /usr/bin/jackd -R -dalsa -dhw:0 -r48000 -p128 -n2
jackd 0.99.13

nperiods = 2 for capture
Couldn't open hw:0 for 32bit samples trying 24bit instead
Couldn't open hw:0 for 24bit samples trying 16bit instead
nperiods = 2 for playback
