Which Korg one were you thinking of? I used to have the MicroKontrol and
it was a great piece of kit, but the pads were awful. Build wise, it was
the complete opposite of Toys R us though - it was rock like - Korg
build some excellent kit. I love my Tr-Rack.

It's certainly handy being able to emulate a midi port on USB, but I'd
suggest you power the device seperately rather that also using the USB
cable to try and push it along. The MicroKontrol often got sluggish when
run that way.
