Most of the music on my website
http://www.laymusic.org/music-publish.html> is in both ABC and
lilypond. The pdf that's published there is the one from lilypond.

In addition, lilypond comes with an abc2ly converter program, so
once you install lilypond, you can compare anything you have in ABC
with the lilypond version pretty easily.
