Bug reports for the -rt kernel are welcome on linux-kernel, as long as
you direct them to Ingo and not Andrew or Linus. What they don't want
is to be bothered by problems that turn out to be user error. But this
is clearly a kernel bug.

I didn't mean to say you should not report them here, but once you've
established it's a kernel bug then the discussion should move to LKML.
