I've just gotten this up online, and it's ready-to-go except for some
minor polishing:

http://remix.machinehasnoagenda.com

this is based on ccMixter, and it allows anyone who creates an account
to upload samples, choose their CC license, create how-i-did-it entries,
remix other peoples samples and upload the remix, tagging of
samples/remixes.

there are also RSS/Podcast feeds for each tag/artist.

i'm going to make a proper announcement later today or tomorrow, but in
the meantime join up and start uploading your stuff!
