Following up on the suggestion I made in an earlier post, from the cdda2wav
manual page it appears there are two options: one to start extracting from a
specified index and another to list all the indices on the CD. I haven't
looked at all the cdda2wav options in detail, but you may need to use the
listing to obtain offsets into the track and write a script to read the data
between consecutive indices based on these values.
