I have installed VMW-Player two Weeks ago on UBUNTU dapper drake
preflight4 with active working rt-kernel - the VM-Modules built OK and
the Player works.

I agree - my ubuntu with rt-Kernel runs at least the same as flawless as
my Standard Suse 9.3
