Hmmm - does it get louder when your CPU is working harder? When the CPU
works really hard, is the computer's internal fan(s) running? Perhaps a
small internal ground problem? I would assume that the lower your
latency, the faster your CPU is doing things .. so the more need it has
for cooling?
