Do you know zynjacku? It is like ghostess but for lv2. I was thinking
about adding DSSI support too but I wanted to avoid duplication. If you
are going to rewrite ghostess anyway I'd be more than happy if we can
make zynjacku both lv2 *and* dssi host.
