Hi!
Well, we did it, but it's in a beta stage. Now you can upgrade from Musix
0.99, 1.0 RC1, R1 or R2 to R3 (cd version, not DVD) without even the new
Live-CD 1.0 R3 Test1.
Just open a Terminal and type:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install musix1.0r3-upgrade
(Note: you must use sudo if you want to upgrade your personal Desktop files...
dont do it as a "simple" root user)
New:
* Linux 2.6.23-rt1
* Ardour 2.1
* Musix Control 1.4.1
* Canorus 0.3.1
* jackd 0.103.0
* horgand 1.12
* xfe 1.04
and many more...
Some bugs were corrected, so, it's clever to upgrade :)
Regards,
