[LAU] New kid on the block?

I've just spotted a new contributor to LAM (http://lam.fugal.net for
anyone who doesn't know).

This guy is from Brazil, which made me wonder if there was any way of
encouraging other nationalities to come on board.

It would also be nice if there was some way if indicating that people
were taking an interest!
