Hypothesis:
People saying that they need low latency without stating what for usually
don't need low latency.
At least not in the time-range they say. Or they are coming from the other os
where low latency means something between 20ms 200ms (opposed to 2ms to 10ms
in the linux world).
@sh0099: If you are coming from win and asio reports a low latency of <10ms,
be aware that this is not round-trip latency that asio reports. Add
transport-buffers and adc/dac buffers and maybe even some os-specific delays
to that. And only trust the real round-trip measurements.
