[LAU] Linux vst (esp. qtractor)

Hi,

I just want to explore the vst possibilities on Linux. Which apps are
good 'hosts'?

ardour (not realy i think)
LMMS ?
Qtractor?

I'm especially interesting in the possibilities of Qtractor in this
area. How should i compile qtractor to enable vst? How good is the
support? Where can I find more information about it?
