if you mean native vst (http://www.anticore.org/jucetice/?page_id=4), you can use directly in qtractor or use jucetice as host to connect through jack to other applications;
if you mean normal vst (windows dll or binaries), i use wineasio (version 0.5) + vsthost (http://www.hermannseib.com/english/vsthost.htm), and through jack i connect to other applications.
