From Shanes list:

- host the CD 44k, DVD 48k images
- provide CD covers/labels etc. for dl and printing

Everything else do Bandcamp provide. And you can set up a "Buy disc" link to
fulfill:

- provide a way for people to pay for physical media
 if they want a disk delivered to their door

But the outlet for physical media have to be set up elsewhere, maybe as POD
like CafePress or similar.
