Thanks! Mididngs looks like it may help some...

What I really want is an application that will play back my midi files, and
allow me to change the velocity on-the-fly. And it need to be able to save
the new velocity...

Sounds kinda impossible, I know. If I knew anything about MIDI, I might try
making it myself...
