As an osm hacker, I'd like to mention the following services.

If you need a route in GPX format for your GPSr, you can use openrouteservice:

The latter feature (passing a destination) just was released today. Pascal
Neis, the author, also stated that the service may be down from wednesday to
thursday this week.

Could someone check and confirm if the location in the above links is correct?
