Search for the coresponding packages where "fail" or
"not found" appears in the output of ./waf configure
and make sure they are installed (including the *-dev
packages).

Here on debian lenny the versions of raptor and one
other package where too old, I used those from
squeeze. Compiling the needed versions from
source, as Dave suggests, is of course another
option (better?).

Libgvc is provided by the graphviz packages.

This way I successfilly installed ingen just yesterday,
it might be different though for Ubuntu.
