Furthermore, I think (and stated here) that because of debian based distro
are at least not good as debian... the one and only difference IMHO is the
presence of rt kernels in repos.
On the other side we know debian testing kernels releases are updated very
often but what about ubuntu studio or 64studio?

So, from another point of view, why LAU should take "care" about distros
that differs for a 2 or 3 packages from official debian distro? What's the
need for this? Do we really need two debian based distros in order to have
Ardour & -rt kernels installed on?...

I don't know if I can help on packaging debian rt kernels for debian
multimedia but I think I'll have a try
