Looks like you want to capture from hw:2,0 so you can try this instead:

$ jackd -R -P4 -dalsa -r44100 -p512 -n4 -D -Chw:2 -Phw:0

And if you want to listen the captured stream using your soundcard audio
output, connect the capture_* ports to the playback_* ones.
