[LAU] workflow: qjackctl & a2jmidid

Hi,

At LAC 2011, Jeremy showed us how he starts a2jmidid -e & via qjackctl.
Wouldn't it be good to make that a default setting in qjackctl?
Especially for newbies, this might be useful.
