Apparently not.

I've run into this with my studio machine which has 2 Delta 1010s
in it. It at least consistently indexes the cards correctly across
reboots so I know which one is 0 and which is 1, but but if I make
any changes to the PCI bus, this can change (and has).

Running Fedora 12/Planet CCRMA kernel 2.6.31.12-1.rt20.1.fc12.ccrma.i686.rtPAE
