[LAU] Presets are not evil! :)

Thanks for the presets in Guitarix. I like the ones especially from our
old (but still young) master and guitar hero Dave Phillips :)

More are welcome :)

Ps. reported a bug against guitarix 0.19. It shuts down when saving with
jacksession in qjackctl
