Reading the specs you linked, it looks like two channel only: it clearly states:
"Built-in stereo USB/Audio Interface to connect directly to your
computer. Frlee audio recording, editing, and podcasting software plus
150 instrument/effect plug-ins and ultra-low latency driver included".

Probably the same internals of their non-USB mixer with masters
connected to their rock-bottom-low-cost UCA-202. I got one on my desk
for podcasting, does its work but I reckon not very good for more
serious work. Behringer mixers are not good but perfect for value. I
got a 2nd hand Behringer MX2642A. Fast forward 6 years, it's getting
reasonably old and well-used with two channels' amps dead due to
abuse. On the other hand, I paid £65 for it inc. p&p, value for money.
Luckily my place is full of mixers, decent Soundcrafts and
Studiomasters from mid-80s, Ebay still has plenty of good equipment.
