[LAU] GMorgan .57 uploaded to Sourceforge

I uploaded GMorgan .57 to Sourceforge yesterday.
It works with Ubuntu, Fedora, Mint and
likely any Linux distribution.

* It is best if you have a connected midi
keyboard. - If you don't have one, try VMPK (Virtual Midi Piano Keyboard)
with Qsynth. aconnectgui can connect it all.

* Added a midi mode to the main screen.
Mode 0 allows you to use the controls
on your connected keyboard. Midi control
messages are suppressed and that
can speed things up, but it over-rides gui
controls.

mode 2 allows enough control messages
to pass so that most of the original
midi messages are sent.

mode 3 allows all of the control messages
through. This may cause an interruption
in rhythm though...I think it is caused by
too many midi messages being passed.

* utils -> selector panel has an added
accordion feature. When this panel has
focus, the computer keyboard is analogous
to an accordion keyboard. You can play
chords (major, minor, 7ths, diminished)
using your left hand while continuing to
play melodic lines on your midi keyboard
with your right hand. It only works
if the selector window is active though.

The computer keyboard is mapped this way:
1 = Cdim7
q = C7
a = Cmaj7
z = Cm7

2 = Ddim7
w = D7
s = Dmaj7
x = Dm7

... (etc)

The shift key, changes to #.

* Harmonization has been revised.
Option 5 produces a block chord.
Use this value for patterns 2 - 5 also
for harmonization of accompaniment.

* Fixed problems formerly on the sequencer screen.

* Fixed a segfault in harmonization.
