I think those dependencies should be listed in the README.build file,
which isn't the case right now. Someone on Ubuntu did install these:
build-essential xutils-dev libjack-dev liblo-dev libsigc++-2.0-dev
libfltk1.1-dev fluid libsndfile-dev liblrdf-dev libxpm-dev libcairo2-dev
checkinstall
Download from git:
git clone git://git.tuxfamily.org/gitroot/non/daw.git
and read the README.build
It's just a simple 'make'
