Messages when installing before don't specify the exact name of
packages, but I guessed most of the ones you point out.
Now trying with the git source, instead of the tarball, making sure
all required packages are installed but no luck again:
$ make
<<< Configuring SESSION_MANAGER
Checking sanity... ok
--- Configuration required
:: Installation prefix? [/usr/local]
:: Build for debugging? [no]
Checking for ar... ok (/usr/bin/ar)
Checking for makedepend... ok (/usr/bin/makedepend)
Checking for ntk_config... failed!
Command ntk_config not found.
make: *** No hay ninguna regla para construir el objetivo «.config»,
necesario para «all». Alto.

Here it says you have to "make -C":
