OOPS. AFL for "After Fader"; PFL would be "Pre Fader". :)

(it can be further configured in Edit > Prefernces > Solo/Mute)

anyway, given that you want it on a dedicated port,
 Session > Properties > Monitoring > Use Monitoring Section
is probably what you want.
