[LAU] Linux Show Player 0.3.1

Linux Show Player 0.3.1 is here :)

What's new ...

- The requested, more complete, Jack support: now in every media-cue the
jack-sink output can manage its (8) client ports,
   the control UI is inspired by QjackCtl.
   If someone is interested, the audio data are send to jack by the
GStreamer "jacksink", Linux Show Player only use a control client to
manage the ports connections.

- Minor bug fixes.
