upgrade is a lost of time, it is enough to remove

    linuxsampler-2.0.0/src/network/lscpparser.cpp

because it is re-generated during the compilation from the parser generator
installed on the machine (bison 2 or 3).

I have tested the compilation with bison 2.7. It is not science fiction.
