I guess it's an advantage for dinos, when we needed to learn how a RC
element works and from this point to learn more about EQs, when all
the gear was much expensive, even on home studio niveau. The digital
domain and getting everything for free as in beer, comes with the
disadvantage that people aren't force to understand basics. I'm against
force, but seemingly sometimes force is needed, to get a better
understanding.
