Nothing, I think. I just ran these and got all 3 notes panned like you'd
expect.
Possible causes:
hardware problem? soundcard mixer set up funny?
(play some stereo files just in case...)
or some totally bizarre bug in 3.57.0.1d-linux
(I'm using an 3.53.something).
