Umm, I didn't hear the question, so I'll throw out answers to all the
likely ones. :-)

My two active LAD-related projects are the NetMIDI/FIFO-MIDI Toys (small
experiments in routing raw MIDI messages over sockets and pipes) and
Songpad (a MIDI sequencer written in Java, which emphasizes powerful
editing interfaces over realtime accuracy). Neither project is "ready for
primetime", although many of the Toys are useful and useable today, just
not polished.

I have no specific plans to jump onboard any of the New Grand Unified
Linux Audio Plugin And Event Router Architecture (TM) bandwagons, be they
ALSA, aRts, Audiality, or otherwise. I respect the goals and skills
involved in each project, and will certainly write adapter code that
optionally lets my programs interact with whichever one[s] wins out in the
future, but for now I see no real need. I dislike excess dependencies and
target Posix, not Linux for most of my development.

If you're looking for a download site for my stuff, I regret to say that
I'm temporarily lacking a non-firewalled IP address for my little web
server (due to a geographic move at work), so please contact me directly
if you're interested. (/me cringes at the thought of Slashdot effect over
email...)

Did I guess the question correctly anywhere in there?
Div.
